Majority of the population are grossly marginalized youth and women. Over 300 children are living with HIV/AIDS and over 400 girls and women between 13 and 40 years are engaged in sex trade.About AFFCAD AFFCAD is a nonprofit making, community based organization found in the slums of Bwaise, Kampala. Its mission is to empower slum communities through well-designed programs to achieve sustained self-reliance. Since 2009 the organization has empowered more than 200 children, 900 youth, 50 women and 100 families living in poverty and affected by HIV/AIDS. Why the Slum Tour?
